Sabji Powder
Sabji Powder
This is a Simple sabji powder which can be added to any
vegetable. Easy to make and has shelf life about one month. I always has this
powder in kitchen and use when I needed to cook something super easy and
delicious at the same time. Now lets jump to the recipe
Ingredients:

Channa dal – 1 cup
·
Urad dal – 1 cup
·
Red chili- 10 to 12
·
Little salt
Instructions:
1.
In a pan dry roast red chilies, channa dal and
urad dal till the dal turns colour.
2.
Once the ingredients cool down transfer it into
a dry mixie jar and make a fine powder
3.
Store the powder in air tight container. Little
salt is added to increase shelf life.
4.
You can adjust red chilies as per your spice
level.
